MIT Kundapura, Valedictory function of Decennial Ceremony

Valedictory function of the twentieth year Celebrations of MIT Kundapura was recently held. Former Minister Sri Pramod Madhvaraj who was the Chief Guest, spoke about the noble responsibility of running an educational institution and its main role in shaping the future of our society. Principal, Dr. Abdul Karim addressed the gathering and made the opening remarks highlighting the milestones achieved by the institute in the last two decades. President of Janata Fish Meal and Oil products and well-wisher of the IMJ Institutions Mr. Anand C Kunder was felicitated on the occasion. He praised the development of the college and greeted all the stack holders. Alumni who occupied high positions in the profession and brought laurels to the alma mater were honoured on the occasion. Dr. Bharat Kumar, Mr. Akshay Shetty, Mr. Prahlad Bangera were felicitated. Professors who excelled in research, Dr. Abdul Kareem Principal, Dr. Vishwanath Shervegar, Prof. Varun Kumara and Prof. Akshatha Nayak were honoured with awards.

The prizes were distributed to the winners of many competitions held on the occasion of the twentieth year celebration. Mr. Siddhartha J Shetty, president of the IMJ Institutions who presided over the function, called for the students to do their achievements in the field of technology and bring laurels to the Institution. Principals, Vice Principals, Deans, Staff and Students were present for the programme. Head of AIML Dept & Dean Research Dr. Indravijay Singh welcomed the audience. Prof. Farhana introduced the faculty receiving the awards and Shravya Upadhya was the Master of Ceremony.
